Parent Survey for District Accreditation

In an effort to improve system practices, West Memphis School District is conducting a Survey to collect data for district accreditation. We value your opinion and ask that you take the time to complete the survey that applies to you. In order to complete the survey, please click on the appropriate link below. Please be assured that your responses to this survey will be anonymous. Your honest opinion is appreciated. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

*NOTE*  Paper PARENT SURVEYS will also be sent home with students in grades 3-12.  If you complete the web-based survey there is no need to complete the paper-based survey and vice-versa.  All survey data from web and paper submissions will be aggregated and hold the same value on survey analysis.

Home Access Center Gradebook

Please contact your student's campus Office or Counselor after August 31, 2012 to learn how to obtain your parent login information.  If you have more than one student at any school in the West Memphis School District, you will only need to contact one campus for login information.  All students linked to the same Parent/Guardian will be accessible through the same login.
